I had an unfortunate experience when some grit caught in my wash mitt and scratched the car quite extensively. After contacting James @ Reflection he advised he may be able to help remove some if not all of the scratches. The results, I am fair to say, were amazing. James managed to remove all of the scratches and also return the car to a show winning shine, the type of which I had not seen on my car. Subsequently my car then won "best in show" at its next appearance!! I would recommend James to anyone who either wants a professional detail of the highest quality or to avoid a costly return to a paint shop to remove scratches.

I'd heard of the term "detailing" before, But I openly admit I never really understood what the difference was between someone who simply "valets" a car and someone who properly "details" one but after James had my Lotus in to do a full "detail" on her I soon learned that there really is a dramatic difference between the two, and a car that to me actually looked ok in terms of it's over-all finish on the paintwork - now really does look simply stunning! Just speaking to James about the work he does and the processes involved inspires you with so much confidence as it's clear that he has a deep understanding of what he's doing, and that he also has the passion and dedication to get the very best finishes that your ever likely to want (& probably a lot more besides) - you just know that your pride and joy is in the very safe hands of a fully skilled professional! From the results of what James has managed to achieve with my car I can honestly say that you WILL be staggered by what CAN be achieved by someone who really does "know" what they are doing ( He's definitely deserving of the title of Master Detailer!), and no-doubt you'll be highly recommending his services to all your friends and anyone who cares to comment on just "how good" your car looks after you've let him work his magic too! I was so impressed by what he has achieved with my car that I now definitely plan on taking the car to some shows to help advertise this young man's excellent services to as wider an audience as possible, as the car is now really is simply stunning to behold! If you choose to use James' services I can guarantee you that you will NOT be disappointed with the end results - in-fact I think it's no exaggeration to say you'll be amazed!!!
